My first commissioned sales job was when I was 12 years old, selling Christmas cards door to door in my neighborhood. I sold more Christmas cards to my neighbors than many retail stores in our city. For me it was better than Halloween. It felt so good to make sales, fill out the order forms and deposit my commissions in my own bank account. I couldn’t wait to get home from school so I could go to my neighbors homes  and show them the latest cards from all the top card makers.  The people who bought from me seemed to like me and I thought it was great fun.

It was years later when my childhood selling experience paid huge financial rewards!

My net worth had tipped over the $1Million mark. I was selling investments.  I still felt like that 12 year old kid selling Christmas Cards because to me it was fun.  I loved the people I connected with and it was a win-win when my clients profited and so did I.  One day, I closed a multi-million dollar deal and was feeling pretty good about this huge deal that I had just closed.  As I walked through the office, I overheard a conversation from one of the other sales reps say "Alan always gets the 'good leads'.

The reality is that for some reason most of my customers really liked me more than the other sales reps. It seemed to ‘defy logic’. My clients referred their friends who called me and I became one of the top producers in the office.

I wish I knew then what I know now about Strategic Attraction™....

Back in those early days, I wish I had the understanding about how to apply Strategic Attraction™ tools ...who knows, perhaps I would have been a Billionaire by now!!! After I learned about Strategic Attraction™, I realized that it wasn’t that I was such a ‘crackerjack salesman’ - there is actually a science that demystified how it happened.

We all have a natural ability to attract customers that we like to do business with. Then I attended a week long training offered by Perfect Customers and facilitated by Jan H.
