Doing something physical boosts our imagination and our intention. I light incense and candles and 'intentionally' clear the space with Essential Oils before every teleclass.

White Angelica Ingredients: Clove (Syzygium aromaticum), lemon (Citrus limon), cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), Eucalyptus radiata and rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis CT 1,8 cineol).
White Angelica is a combination of oils used during ancient times to increase the aura around the body, bringing a delicate sense of strength and protection while creating a feeling of wholeness in the realm of one's own spirituality. Its frequency protects against the bombardment of negative energy.
How to use: Diffuse or wear on top of shoulders, along spine, on crown of head, wrists, behind ears and on the back of the neck. Excellent in a bath.

Thieves was created based on research about four Thieves who, during the 15th-century plague, used cloves, rosemary, and other aromatics to protect themselves while robbing plague victims. Thieves is a proprietary blend of pure essential oils tested at Weber State University, Ogden, Utah, and found to have a 99.96 percent effective rate against airborne bacteria. Note: Thieves oil blend is an integral ingredient in Thieves Household Cleaner, Thieves Spray, Thieves Wipes, Thieves Lozenges, Dentarome Plus and Dentarome Ultra toothpastes, and Fresh Essence Plus Mouthwash.
How to use: Diffuse for short periods of time (1/2 hour or less) in the work or home environment. Apply to the bottom of the feet or dilute with V-6 Advanced Vegetable Oil Complex for a stimulating massage on the chest or at the base of the neck. Thieves may also be added (10-15 drops) to wash cycle of clothes or dishwasher.
 Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) The 'Swiss Army Knife" of essential oils, Lavender is the most versatile of all essential oils. No home should be without it. It is great for winding down before bedtime, yet has balancing properties that make it just as beneficial for boosting stamina and energy.* Therapeutic-grade lavender is highly regarded for skin and beauty. It may be used to cleanse cuts, bruises, and skin irritations.
The French scientist Rene Gattefosse was the first to discover these properties when he severely burned his hands in a laboratory explosion. Lavender has also been clinically evaluated for its relaxing effects. It may be used to cleanse cuts, bruises, and skin irritations. The fragrance is calming, relaxing, and balancing -- physically and emotionally.
How to use: Diffuse or apply topically. Because lavender has a wide range of uses, if you are unsure which oil to apply, use lavender. Safe for use on small children. May also be added to food or soy or rice milk as a dietary supplement.
Possible skin sensitivity. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. Dilution not required; suitable for all but the most sensitive skin. Generally safe for children over 2 years of age.

Apply on bottom of feet and to throat, wrists, chest, and at the base of the neck. When using a series of oils, such as in Raindrop Technique, apply Valor first and let it work for five to ten minutes before applying other oils.
Ingredients - Spruce (Picea mariana), rosewood (Aniba roaseodora), blue tansy (Tanacetum annuum), and frankincense (Boswellia carteri) in a base of almond oil.
 Panaway - Created by Gary Young following an injury that severely tore the ligaments in his leg. PanAway is a blend of wintergreen (Gaultheria procumbens), which has an active constituent similar to cortisone; clove (Syzygium aromaticum), which contains eugenol, used by dentists to numb gums; peppermint (Mentha piperita), which is calming for nerves; along with helichrysum (Helichrysum italicum), which is soothing for localized discomfort.
How to Use
Apply to the bottom of the feet and follow with topical application on location. Rub on temples, the back of the neck, or the forehead, or inhale for a soothing effect. Use with a compress along the spine.

This plant is grown and distilled at the Young Living Farms.How to Use -Diffuse. Massage on the stomach or add to water or tea for supporting normal digestion. Apply to bottom of feet to cool off on a hot day. Rub on temples for a calming effect, or place several drops on the tongue as an invigorating pick-me-up. A wonderful flavoring and preservative. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, or sensitive skin areas. Do not apply neat to a fresh wound or burn.
